Film Property Machine ( tensile ,elongation and rtear resistance )

Jog Test Machine ( seal and handle strength )

Digital gauge tester ( thickness )

Our Checking methode refer to Japanese Standard ( JIS ) and American Standard (ASTM)

Since 1994,PT Randugarut Plastic Indonesia has develop into a polyethylene bags manufacture that has grown to produce over 1.500 MT of polyethylene bags monthly Our location is in 13 Km from Semarang City. The Factory is standing in 7,560 m2, with total area is 1,200 m2 and around 700 people are working together. We Produce various kind of polyethylene bags from HDPE,LLDPE and on roll. Design of the bags depend on customer request. Our Production facilities are equipped with extrusion, Bag Making and Printing Machines,total machines as follow : T-Shirt ( Shopping bag / Vest Carrier ) Extruder + Printing in line 51 unit Bag Making 34 unit Garbage Bag Extruder 16 unit Bag making 13 unit Inner Jumbo Extruder 1 unit Our Capacities are : Shopping Bag is 1000 MT / Month Garbage Bag is 600 MT / Month Inner Jumbo is 120 MT / Month
